If a 70+ female technophobe like me can get to grips with the Helarctos solar trail camera, after an hour of playing with it and following instructions, then to anyone else it should be a cinch. Am very pleased with it and am still experimenting with the settings. One thing I did find by accident that didn't seem to have any instructions for was how to delete single pictures and videos, by bringing them onto the screen and holding the top button for 2 or three seconds, maybe I missed it somewhere. I do only use it in the garden and don't have the app on my phone so can't comment on that I particularly like the idea of no external batteries, I will have to see how it is in the winter though I will probably just top the internal battery by plugging in to the mains if necessary. I bought the tripod to go with it and find it very useful as the camera doesn't stand up very well with no flat bottom.
