I've been a customer for maybe coming up to 2 years but when placing my Xmas order - seemingly my card didn't work but although they have said they emailed me they didn't as I work on emails all day.
My dog missed out on his Xmas treats and I've wasted time trying to sort this out
They are suposed to be sending me something but of course that's not arrived
