We cannot comment on delivery as we just made our purchase, however so far the process of buying two sofas at Natuzzi was excellent. We have been looked after by Ali in Brent Cross with professionalism and kindness. She treated us very well and helped us to make our choice without imposing her views but lending us her professional experience.
