They provided extremely poor service. I was unable to withdraw my money. When I lost my transfer, I had run into a problem with them. I never heard back from them after submitting a support ticket, and I was unable to get my money back. Throughout the entire process, I never received any attention from customer service. For getting everything back for me, I'm thankful to M_E_R_S_E_Y_H_I_P_._C_0_M and their private team.
