Although we have only just started taking the Wheat and Barley Grasses it would be too soon to comment on the nutritional effects from them. However having tried many Wheatgrasses over the years these products are by far the darkest, richest green and fine powder I have ever come across, I hope owing to their quality nutritional content. They are as soluble as most grasses perhaps a little more than most others I would say and the taste is quite palatable with no strong or overpowering bitterness. These are still grasses so an earthiness is always part of the deal but following a shot with an orange slice solves any minor distaste. They day you shouldn't judge a book by its cover put these products are packaged very nicely in a dark glass solid jar and as with nature and food the darker the green the more nutritious they are. So aesthetically these products look the part. Will update this review on nutritional effect after a month or so.
