I had to to go to another solicitor as they registered my title deeds as joint tenancy and not tenants in common
2 years later I find out they didn’t pay the blue property who cover their service charges for the leasehold. £240 they didn’t pay according to blue property. DO NOT USE they may give cheap prices but you will get a cheap time consuming service
