As you know I'm an occasional customer and tend to buy my tea as I move around. Nevertheless I've always been very happy with the teas and the service from NBT, right back from when you started (and I followed Nigel's travels).
I would love to see a return of the Malawi whites (Zomba etc) some day ... if they still make them - I have enjoyed their experiments into oolong and the Thyolo but the whites were simple and excellent.
