Effortless searching and ordering process. I managed to find the teas and amounts I was looking for with ease and was happily surprised to find the were on offer too.
Delivery was quick and as expected. All was packaged extremely well and each tea type was in paper eco packaging. All in all, it was a delightful experience.
Only critism was that this being my first order, some samples thrown in would have been nice and similar to other sellers elsewhere.
