self employed plumber here, the NEG paid me 5 weeks late for one invoice that was £57 and then phoned me for a 2nd job a week later for a radiator repair I give them the benefit of the doubt and done the job, invoice come to £250 this was in October 2023 its now January 2024 and I have still not been paid
I knocked on the customers door today and took my radiator of the wall within 3 minutes and left his living room cold, customer was not very happy and I hate to do this but this company need teaching a lesson or even better closing down ASAP frauds
