Honestly sometimes it can be a hassle to get to them but I hardly do that or once in a blue moon because their platform and system works well that I really don’t need the support staff but when it comes to support tools like the analytical tools and daily market conditions, it just works perfectly which is very helpful for me.
It’s also a nice place for beginners because there is the demo account which helps to practice and other incentives!
