The main I look for when hiring a company like this is customer service. If theyre not able to answer a phone call to start then its probably a red flag because there are always issues that will arise. And the worst feeling is to have an issue and not be able to speak to the people that are helping you out. Which brings me to my point about Nerdhire and why I use them. Theyre the best ive used and the customer service is stunning. My nerd was also a PhD candidate and really knew the subject material.
