As a customer I always want to feel like I have recourse when things dont go as planned. The first time I used Nerdhire i had a mishap that was partially my fault but they refunded me in full and made things right. The second time im using them (now) has been going very smoothly and theyre able to hand 500 level courses for my business degreee.
