The first time I contacted them I told them I needed a paper done for a higher level management course. They told me they couldnt help but if i need something in the future to reach back out. I ended up using them for a higher level stats class and they were great. What stood out to me was that they refused to take my money when they couldnt help because so many of these companies just tell you they can help with anything and then they leave you hanging.
