Jamie from Nest Professional Ltd was very communicative sending a text when on his way and turned up exactly when he said. He got right to work understanding my heating/ water setup. We discussed where to place the nest controller box and thermostat. It turns out I had an issue with my heating valve and Jamie went out of his way to switch the valve over for the hot water one so the heating worked. Jamie is knowledgable and very pleasant to deal with and he charges very reasonable rates for his excellent work. I needed a stand for the nest thermostat and he had one on his van ready to go.
