Horrible delivery service (DHL), customer service, and return policy!
I deal with thousands of shippers in my business. Net-A-Porter/MrPorter ranks among the worst regarding the above mentioned topics. They carry nice products, but if they don't back up the safe delivery to you, what good are they?
