Possibly the worst company I have ever dealt with. This company are scammers disguised as a luxury brand. Do not order from here. They will send out defected products and claim you managed an item on return. They have refused three pairs of shoes I tried on on carpet that came in a scratched condition. I am £2,200 down - it utter disbelief that a company could do this. They need stopping and reporting to trading standards.
