DO NOT ORDER! I have never had any problems with Net-a-Porter until my last order. I returned my order using their return label, with DHL, in February. I have confirmation of the return I made. The package has gone missing. They claim DHL denied their claim (as the vendor they have to put in a claim) - but they never even raised a claim with DHL. DHL says it is too late to investigate now. And Net-a-Porter says it is my problem. No further explanation. No refund. Customer service is shocking.
