I ordered trophies from many different places in the last 6 years and many times I had problem with the engraving or the glass trophy was broken or chipped. This company was so quick, thoughtful with a little treat in the box (my son was so happy with it 😀) and of course nothing has been broken! I will be ordering from them in the future for sure!
