As i dont live in the area, and fter a few phone calls regarding my crest for engraving, the work Lauren and Tom put in was second to none. Once I had the chance to come down to the North East for work, I was warmly welcomed by Tom and we worked out to what was best for me. After a considerable time and effort by Tom all was sorted with exceptional result. Customer service cannot be faulted
