It is very fluid. So after prolonged use I didn’t feel like I was as thirsty/needed to drink as much after taking a gel. It also seemed to be quicker response with about the same duration as compared to other gels/fuels. Meaning if I am fatigued it turns around rather quick.
I didn’t try the carb mix. I do want to try that on the next longer run. I think that would be a great way to fuel between gels if I were to stick with one every 30 mins than 20 mins. This would allow me to carry fewer gels.
No gastro issues for the run. I was impressed with that.
