This is my first time trying a hydrogel. So glad I did, it really gives me energy within 5-10 minutes and lasts for about 30min. I've taken as many as 4 on a 3.5 hour ride, I'm really glad I found these. But the package is horrible I've cut the inside of my mouth twice. And I can't tear it with my teeth while riding. I have to stop to take it. Please soften the plastic.
