I was originally refused credit but when I got the call from Emily to say I had been accepted for credit I felt so relieved that I could buy the car I wanted, even though I had changed my mind from the original choice. Emily kept me up to date during the process almost on a daily basis including letting me know when the money had been paid to the garage I was buying from.
