On arrival the agreed price for the part exchange of my old car was reduced by £60. Apparently the small dent on my door was deemed a large dent, (not sure how small a dent needs to be to qualify as small). Have heard of this practice with companies like 'we buy any car', so disappointed to find it at new reg cars! Suggest sell old car privately if possible.
However everything else was fine, and really pleased with our new car.
