Called up to ask if my already painted (original) wing mirror cover will fit the wing mirror they sell for my Ford Kuga. The sales person chuckles at my question and I ask him why, when he says - It's not going to be different is it? Sorry, but if you don't sell original parts I think it's a legitimate question. I've seen some horrible non-original parts and fakes before.
Sorry buddy, I'd recommend a customer service course for you.
