Bought a bumper in which I wrote in the comments box to be sprayed white with anticipation that I would get a phone call to pay the extra. I did try phoning them but couldn't get through. They ignored this and proceeded to send me a primed bumper. Other than that, bumper came the next day after ordering, driver was friendly and contacted me when nearby. He asked me where I wanted him to put the bumper rather than dumping it on my doorstep which was nice. Website easy to use. Cheapest price for brand new genuine item.
