Dear Sir / Madam, Your staff were helpful and polite. I required a replacement near side door mirror for which your staff took my car registration and confirmed the vehicle etc. When the unit arrived it is not quite the same. The unit does not have a thermometer/ temp sensor (which the original had) and the plastic moulding below the mirror has a raised section which when driving creates a very noticeable wind noise ( the old one did not have this moulding). As you can see I had fitted the unit before these issues were noticed.
