The photograph of the side indicator on line shows the bulb holder. When I received the indicator the bulb holder was not included. I did ring before ordering on line to make sure I was getting the correct item and did mention at the time that the bulb holder was faulty and that was the reason for ordering this item. Why was I not told then that the holder wasn't included? After delivery I rang up to ask about the bulb holder and was told it wasn't included and that they do not sell them. I was offered a refund but they would not refund the postage. Not very good customer service.
