Nothing at all wrong with the parts, but the delivery service was poor.
did not arrive the next day as promised (when I stayed off work especially) but the day after.
no point in asking me for special delivery instructions i.e. if not in leave with a neighbour, as it was left in the village shop 1/2 mile away
