Ordered at 4.15pm on a Wednesday and was hopeful that delivery would arrive on Thursday but after not receiving an email regarding despatch I phoned on Friday morning. I was then told that it was sent by Royal Mail on Thursday and would arrive Friday or maybe Saturday.
In fact it arrived several minutes after putting the phone down on the Friday.
An email informing me when to expect the delivery would have been helpful.
