O/S wing for 'O5 Ford Focus hatch (old one had rusted through). I wasn't expecting a perfectly exact fit and, indeed, it needed some persuasion to get all the bolts back in. However, I am a total novice spanner-twiddler, so I would expect some of the difficulty being down to my approach, having to remove and re-fit bolts a couple of times to get it properly adjusted. My best effort left a 1-2mm bow along the door edge and a similar mis-alignment at the top. The Halfords spray paints and lacquer gave a rather matt finish, not the original glossy, smooth shine. However, I really didn't want to fork out £400 for a non-mechanical, non-load-bearing item like this on a car that has already endured 12 Scottish winters. So, by investing a day's steady graft, some frustration and motivational swearing, I saved £340 over a garage job. On that score, New Vehicle Parts really is a god-send.
