Ordered very festive, decorative poinsettia arrangement with guarantee of 2-day delivery.
They didn't begin processing until day 4, and the arrangement received on day 10 was not only unrecognizable from the website pic & description, you couldnt even tell it was once a plant. The company offered no explanation other than to blame me for not ordering one day delivery for a perishable item (as if one additional day in the guaranteed timefram could make such a difference). Do not trust this company!
