I Ordered flowers from here. The delivery man left them in the rain on the bottom step instead of under the covered area. When I write to customer service, they simple said the 24 hour period had passed. This was not the level of customer service or professionalism I was expecting.
I don't know what options there are. (And it may be the fault of the delivery service.)
