I ordered a flower arrangement from New Jersey Blooms, and while the flowers were fresh, the delivery process was disappointing. The bouquet arrived a day later than expected, which was frustrating since it was for a special occasion. The packaging was slightly damaged, but thankfully, the flowers were still intact. I contacted customer service, and while they responded, I didn’t feel like they were very accommodating. The flowers were beautiful, but I’m hesitant to order again due to the delivery delay.
