I recently ordered flowers from New Jersey Blooms, and unfortunately, when they arrived, they were wilted and not in the best condition. I was disappointed, as I had hoped for a fresher arrangement. However, I contacted customer service, and the representative was very kind and understanding. They offered a 50% refund for the inconvenience, which I appreciated. While the situation wasn’t ideal, the customer service was excellent, and they handled the issue professionally. I would consider ordering again, but I hope for better quality next time.
