This is the worst place I’ve ever experienced.
Do NOT order flowers from here.
My order arrived 5 days late. The flowers were sad and in terrible condition . The order was missing champagne.
Customer service is horrendous. You can’t reach a human on the phone. On email the responses you get is your order was perfect and you shouldn’t be complaining. Absolutely awful!
