New Linden Hotel is just appalling!! Do not be fooled. The pictures are nothing like the reality. Do your research a nd look somewhere else! They tried to put us in a room in the basement with no window! The manager is the most impolite and unhelpful person. We arrived there at 11pm, they showed us a few rooms and all were dirty or not been cleaned at all between stays. Especially with this covid around! The receptionist apologized and agreed to refund us the next day and we had to find a different hotel at 12AM! It took over two weeks for booking.com to squeeze the money from these people, but the hotel manager still refused to refund for one night (out of 4), even though it was their fault for not being able to provide us with a decent room. We are not fussy, but the state of this hotel was unacceptable. It is incredibly dirty, the manager unprofessional and I would not call it a hotel! Maybe a one star hotel. Whatever you do, DO NOT book this "hotel", it is horrible. Look somewhere else or you will be disappointed!
