I randomly came across their website while searching for a wedding ring for myself. Seeing the prices I was abit sceptical so I read the reviews and it was all positive. I didn't know my ring size so chose the option for that, they sent a ring sizer out with clear instructions on how to measure and how to order your ring after you've measured it. I followed the instructions received my ring and you guessed it, I measured it wrong, the ring was too small. The returns process was very easy. Free post in the same box it came in with a returns form stating what ring I wanted and size. From ordering the ring sizer to recieving the 2nd ring was no more than 10days. Absolutely brilliant service. Couldn't recommend highly enough.
