Bought a pair of boots for my dad for Father's Day and less than four months later they are falling apart and unfit for use. I sent photos to the company to advise on what I could do. They requested sending the boots back for inspection but have refused to fund the £18 postage.
Poor and lacking customer service.
Would not recommend purchasing from this company.
