I love Newsmax, but what is going on with the app I am paying $5 a month for? It freezes, goes offline and I have to sign back in, or starts playing historical shorts over and over again. I asked for a partial refund since this happens every day, and the snotty kid on the phone said that he couldn't do that, that he could only cancel my subscription. Wow, what crappy customer service. Not only are the representatives very rude and uninterested in your problem, but to not offer compensation for the poor service and numerous outages. Very disappointing Newsmax.
