In my eexperience of Newydd they Do not comply with there own privacy policy.
Have been a nightmare to get repairs done.
Left many 6 inch nails poking through back fence for 4 years.
Missing floorboards when I moved in.
Hired cheap workers to fix kitchen and they left the gas caps off cooker flooding house with gas (advised pregnant wife to ignore smell) newydd offered no help with this and insisted we let the swg workers back in to fix it. "No"
Extremely bad service and poor behaviour form what is a charity claiming to put tenants first.
