I sent previously sent you my review of my order and it was negative. Consequently, I never heard back from you.
Now you ask for me review of my most recent order.
The scratch/ swirl remover does not work.
Please send me a refund or give an equal credit towards the ceramic coating which works great.
However, history and my suspicion is that I won’t hear from you.
