Your payment system needs to be looked into as I thought I had made a mistake and your system told me my transaction had failed! I then went on another 5 times trying to get the payment through, thinking it was me. Your system did infact take five payments which I had lots of problems getting back from my bank.
I have to say thank you to Kate for her professionalism and support over the matter, you should give her a pay rise.
