I found out that if you don't trade with them, there is a fee on the withdrawal amount after making a deposit! After a few back-and-forth emails and my request, customer service did nothing, despite the fact that my problem was legitimate. I would have been in serious debt and would have lost everything I owned, including the account, if S I M O N C H * C O M had taken over. They returned all of my money and saved me.
