I received a package, but it was not my order. Luckily, it was an order belonging to my coworker. Called and talked to Chloe about the mix up, and she assured me that she would get a replacement out ASAP if my coworker didn't receive my order. A simple, understandable mix up when dealing with items that are pretty much identical. Great customer service, and quick delivery.
