I received the mug very timely and well-packaged. It was very nice quality. The only issue was that it was not exactly what I ordered. I ordered one that said "Quality Inn" but what I received was "Quality Hotel". (See pictures.) As the item arrived one day before I was giving it as a gift, I was not able to return it to get the correct item. It was a small difference, but there was a sentimental reason that I wanted the mug to say "Quality Inn". So I was disappointed that it was not exactly what I ordered.
