I ordered a name tag, and it took almost a full month to get it. When making the purchase, it looks like I should have received it in 6-9 business days. Mine wasn't even shipped until after 10 business days, and I had to reach out to your customer service team for an update the day before. Once it was shipped, it took another 13-14 days to get the name tag. I thought buying it when I did, I'd get it in plenty of time for what I needed it for, but instead I only got it days before (and I wasn't even sure I'd get it in time). I ordered it on 8/18 and didn't get it until 9/12.
