I initially got a notice that the badge was delivered before it arrived and was asked to give a rating before I even had my badge. I finally received it. It was small but nice and looks like good quality. Would like if it were just a little bigger. My biggest issue was the bad communication about that status of my order and they said 6-9 business days and it was close lr to 2-3 weeks. I don't mind the longer time, but would have preferred more transparency. Instead of 6-9 business days. I rather they say 3 weeks and get it sooner.
