My order was sent out straight away but due to Royal Mail delays I wasn't sure if it was going to turn up. I spoke to customer service and they were so friendly and helpful, they reassured me that they'd sort it out no matter what happened. The parcel happened to arrive the next day so all was good! I will definitely continue to use Nicely Polished.
