I have been looking for a French Manicure set for a long time and considering the amount I paid I wanted to make sure I had the best deal. I have not as yet used the product but was a little disappointed that it was not nicely packaged or boxed but came loose in bubble wrap.
The online process was easy, the payment easy and the postal delivery time good but to have made the experience more special from a customer point of view and to want to make me happy to order again I would have packaged it better personally.
