I had an issue online redeeming a gift voucher so I contacted by email. The same day Jen rang me and left me a message as I was u able to take her call. I called her back a couple days later and she knew who I was straight away she placed my order over the phone for me and was very apologetic even though it was not her fault and beyond her control. My items arrived the next day signed for delivery even though I had only opted for free second class delivery. Excelent service. Thank you xxx
